Rules governing use of training and learning services on the platform
Welcome to Muallimx, an Arabic platform for qualifying teachers and developing their professional skills for online work. By using the platform, creating an account, or enrolling in training programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
These terms form an agreement between you and Muallimx. You must have the legal capacity to use the services under applicable law. Continued use after we publish updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms unless we state otherwise.
The platform provides training programs, courses, educational materials, and related services (such as your profile, course enrollment, certificates when earned, and support channels) to help teachers develop online teaching skills. Features may change over time; we will inform you of material changes when appropriate.
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for keeping login credentials (such as your password) confidential. Sharing your account with others is prohibited. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.
Some programs are free and some are paid. For paid programs, prices, payment methods, and activation follow the policies shown at checkout. Refund or cancellation rules, if any, are described on our refund policy page or in the program description and supplement these terms.
All content on the platform (text, video, images, branding, curricula, assessments) is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Muallimx or its licensors. You may use it only for personal learning within your enrollment. Unauthorized copying, resale, or public redistribution that infringes those rights is prohibited.
You must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes toward other users or the platform. Examples include harassment, impersonation, attempts to compromise systems, or uploading content that violates public decency or third-party rights.
Services are provided “as is” within normal technical capabilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
